Customer care Executive

We are looking for an online customer care executive with excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala to handle inquiries online and provide product information to customers. Other responsibilities include maintaining records, resolving client issues, and participating in any required training.

Requirements
✔️ Excellent Communication Skills in English and Sinhala

✔️ Excellent Organization Skills, Teamwork, and Friendly Personality

✔️ Experience in Customer Service would be an added advantage.
